The SP! Pop Chart

The Chart is a way for us to gauge what is going on in the indy mind, and recognize the work of people trying against the odds to make it in the world on their own terms. The results of this poll is purely YOUR voice, being heard in choir with your peers. Right Now we are only Polling for Indy Comics. We will add separate forms for Music and Film as we further develop. We've got simple guidelines for it:

#1: You can Nominate/Vote in any single entry and/or in any and all available slots, as many times as you care to fill out the form and send it in. You do not have to fill in ALL of the slots if they do not interest you. You do not need to be logged in to vote/nominate...but you do need to enter the security code to prove you're a person.

#2: Nominations become votes when the second person posts their list, and there are duplicates in a slot.

#3: The votes will collect in a forum thread (for now, until an auto-display page can be built) in the SP! Forum for a full month, with totals being tallied daily/as needed.

#4: The top 10 in each category for the month will be featured with links to the nominated winners in the next issue of SP! Nexus Magazine.

#5: The top 25 of the YEAR, will compete every January for the SP! Awards...we will look at the votes gotten over the whole year to cull the top 25, but the vote will begin on equal footing...The winners of the vote will be inducted into the SP! Hall of Fame, along with other historical things the HOF brings to record.
