SMALL PRESS ASSOCIATION LOGOS

The following is the Official logo of the SPA, and all people are free to use it on their websites and publications to show that they are members of the wide world of the small press community, as long as they follow our simple policies. To save a copy, right click on the version that you like the most, click Save Target As (otherwise you're going to save the low-res jpg), and save it to your hard drive.

The images you download from here are in Photoshop format, and you can re-color to suit your books or website as needed. You can also copy the jpg version shown if that's all you need...you can e-mail us at SPA@dimestoreproductions.com for higher-resolution version.

LOGO USE POLICIES

Policy #1: Use of the Logo on the cover of your publication. If you use the SPA logo on the cover of your publication, it must appear in one of the lower corners of the cover, and it must be just the logo that appears. Inside the issue, please have a statement that announces "we are a proud member of the Small Press Association" and have our website address: www.dimestoreproductions.com

Policy #2: Use of the logo and/or statements about the SPA inside a publication. It must be made clear that the SPA is a group that you are a member of, and that the SPA is not the publisher of your publication, even if you use our printing services to print your publication.

Policy #3: If there is potentially objectionable materials in the book, we ask that you clearly state your work as "For Mature Readers" and not send out free samples of it to people who might be offended by it. We've already had one person use our logo on the cover of a book that used the word "faggot" in it be brought to our attention by a person who received it and thought that it was published by us. This will not be tolerated in the future. As long as people who produce mature readers material are responsible with who they send their work to, they are welcome to produce such work in association with the SPA
