The following is the basic template of how we want information formatted for the basic listing. It is important to keep this uniform for all books in our system so that they are easily searchable and search engines can grab a hold of the info.

XX(#of pages) pg. (Size of Book), B W w/full color cover (Or describe B W/color contents as they are), First Printing (or second, 3rd, etc.), Date of printing, # of copies. By XXXXX, XXXXXX - list all people who have worked on the issue. Writer, then Artists, or list all creators alphabetically for anthologies.

So a minicomic might look like:

8 pg. Minicomic, B W, First Printing, August 2006, 100 Copies. By Joe Somebody.

A full size comic like:

32 pg. Full Size, B W w/color cover, First Printing, August 2006, 2000 copies. By The Writer, The Penciller, The Inker.

CDs and DVDs: Number of tracks, and/or running time are appropriate replacement for the page count.

PDF Downloadables: tell us the number of content pages not counting advertising pages. If setting up BOTH PDF and print version at same time with this form, including the PDF info as (PDF: 27 pages) in the same information as above will get us the desired info and we'll set it up from there.

Product Stats: *

You can also include 3-4 sentences of description of the contents of the comic, what it's about, and whatever else you want to appear in the basic description in the product page.

We need to know the COVER PRICE of the item. If there is no price on your cover, please tell us what you would want, retail, for one copy. Please include this even if entering an out of stock/for the record item. If PDF Only, price is $1 to all non members, unless you specifically insist otherwise. *

We need to know how this book should be available. If you want to fill your own orders, or have POD set up for this book, or consignment, etc. The pros and cons are discussed on the submissions info page. If you want a pre-order period for a book not in print yet, please Discuss with us first how that all works. *

Make Available to Retailers (Retailers will get 50% off cover price, and copies ordered to fill retailer orders pay out at 60% off cover. All other copies sold would still pay out at 90% of cover.) *

Gold Members (Allow individuals who are Gold Members a 10% discount) *

AT THIS POINT: You need to stick at least ONE COPY of this book/CD/DVD into an envelope to send to Dimestore, unless it is not for sale. If the book is one of your out of stock books that you are listing for the record, skip this. Mailing address:

We CANNOT activate a product to be for sale until we either have a copy, or know what printer it is coming to us from, etc. Your stock level, even on publisher delivery books, will remain at 0 and not appear in the NEW page/listings until we are square on a listing copy with Dimestore. Review copies sent to Dimestore/SP! Magazine reviewers do not count! It must be arranged at the time of listing the book. Send your Consignment copies at this time as well. We will accept 5-10 copies of anything sight unseen. NOTE: If you send 5 copies to us, 4 will go into stock. Remember, to get back unsold consignment copies, you must pay postage up front when requesting.

please note, we will request via e-mail a digital copy of your cover...if you can't send one, we will have to wait till your copy arrives to scan it, and place it with your listing.

For PDF DOWNLOADABLES: When we receive your info, you will be asked about the options to get in your PDF in the best optimized format, and we'll set you up then.
